Kajsa Dahlbäck


Sopraano, musiikin tohtori Kajsa Dahlbäck on kokenut vanhan ja nykymusiikin tulkitsija, joka esiintyy sekä Suomessa että ulkomailla. Dahlbäck on perustanut Vaasa Baroque -festivaalin ja toimii sen taiteellisena johtajana. Earthly Angels -yhtyeensä kanssa hänet palkittiin Ylen Vuoden levy 2018 -tunnustuksella. Dahlbäck on opiskellut Sibelius-Akatemiassa ja Göteborgin oopperakorkeakoulussa ja saanut viime talvena päätökseen taiteelliset jatko-opintonsa Sibelius-Akatemian DocMus-tohtorikoulutuksessa. Dahlbäck opettaa klassista ja barokkilaulua Novia-ammattikorkeakoulussa Pietarsaaressa. Hän sai keväällä 2022 Svenska folkskolans vänner -yhdistyksen kulttuuripalkinnon.
